Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 and concluded on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. There were 10 children present 4 staff supervising during the inspection at the center. The
inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
