Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was initiated on March 1, 2024 at 1:51 pm until 2:37 pm and concluded on March 5, 2024. There were 7 children present with 3 staff supervising. The inspector completed observations of the children napping on assigned cots, participating in quiet time, interacting with staff, and completing bathroom breaks. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 3 staff records were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
