An unannounced inspection was initiated on 05/13/2025 and completed on 07/28/2025 with a local agency in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 5/9/2025 relating to allegations of Staffing & Supervision, Programs, Abuse & Neglect. The inspector reviewed 1 child's record and 2 staff records on-site and electronically on 5/14/2025. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
