Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 22, 2023 from approximately 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. The provider record, substitute record, and 5 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected. There were 5 children in attendance for a total of 14 points. The children were observed taking a nap while the inspector was on the premises.
