Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted January 22, 2024. The licensing inspector was onsite conducting the inspection from approximately 10:30am to 12:15pm. There six non-resident children, ranging in ages from nine months years to three years, with two caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's, two caregivers? and one household member?s records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
