During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/9/2025 and completed on 1/9/2025, as a part of licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:50 am and ended at 1:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 52 children present and 9 staff. The inspector reviewed 6 children?s records and 3 staff records onsite.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-450-A
Center is required to ensure child has top cover and bottom cover during designated rest period.

2 children did not have bottom sheet during nap time.
Plan of Correction: We already sent a message to their parents.
Standard 8VAC20-780-550-P
The center shall maintain written record of children's minor injuries.
The center did not complete required components of injury report. The method of notification and future action to prevent reoccurrence was not completed on one record viewed.
Plan of Correction: The teacher put in the cubby last night. We will remind teachers to fill everything out.
Standard 8VAC20-780-560-G
The center is require to label food when brought from home.
7 of 9 infant bottles were not labeled with child's name and date.
Plan of Correction: We will remind parents.
Standard 8VAC20-780-570-A
The center shall ensure when a child is placed in a high chair the protective belt is fastened securely.
There were three children in highchairs that did not have belt fastened securely.
Plan of Correction: We will remind staff to do straps.
