During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was completed on 07/2/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:05 pm and ended at 2:10 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 78 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site.

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-780-280-B
Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method to prevent access by children.

Two bottles of bleach water solution were in a closet and a cabinet that was unlocked.
Plan of Correction: Both the cabinet in the bathroom and the closet in the classroom were locked during the inspection.

The center is required to keep a current list of all known allergies, sensitivities, and dietary restrictions in each room or area where children are present. The list must be dated and kept confidential.

The allergy / food preference list had not been updated to reflect the students in the summer camp program that had been in operation for 2 weeks.
Plan of Correction: The allergy / preference list was updated during the inspection.
