The center did not ensure compliance with the terms of the religious exemption issued by the Virginia department of Education. The center's current exemption permits services to 180 children in the age range from 2 years 6 months to 12 years 11 months. Administration confirmed that Child #2, enrolled for 1 month, was 2 years and 1 month at the time of enrollment.
