Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on February 2, 2022 and concluded on February 14, 2022. The site director was contacted by telephone to initiate the inspection. There were 40 children present ages three through five years old with six staff. The inspector emailed the site director a list of items required to complete the inspection. The Inspector reviewed three children?s records and six staff and board member records, along with any requested program records submitted by the facility to determine if required documentation was complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
