Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 12:45 p.m. with the provider. There were five children in care, ages two through four years old for a total of ten points. Children were observed returning from a field trip, washing their hands and playing before lunch. Lunch today was cheese pizza, broccoli, watermelon and milk. Three children's records, one provider record, one household member/assistant record and three medications were reviewed and complete.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
