Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:30 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. There were 10 children in care and ages 11 months through 9 years old under the supervision of the provider and assistant. There were two household member children present. Children were observed participating in gymnastics lessons, having free play and preparing for lunch. A walkthrough of the home was conducted. Childcare areas, supplies and materials were observed.
Posted information was reviewed. There is a complete first aid kit, a battery operated radio and flashlight. Training hours were reviewed. The provider completed a combination of 44 training hours for the license years (22 hours for 2021-2022 and 22 hours for the 2022-2023) as well as college credits for an AA degree in Early Childhood Education.
Four children's records, three staff records and one contractor record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
