Inspector Notes
An unannounced religiously exempt child day center code compliance visit in conjunction with a subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 6/7/23. At the time of the inspection, there were 26 children (ages infant through four years) in care with 6 staff. Children were observed eating lunch, hand washing, participating in free play, and napping. A sample of 5 children's records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Injury reports and medications were also reviewed. Areas of noncompliance are identified on the violation notice and were discussed with the director in an exit meeting at the conclusion of this inspection.
