Hazardous substances such as cleaning materials, insecticides, and pesticides shall be kept in a locked place using a safe locking method that prevents access by children. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer on a counter and a cabinet had various cleaning materials all with the warning label ?keep out of reach of children? The hazardous substances were unlocked and within reach of children.
