Inspector Notes
An in-person monitoring inspection was conducted today. There are 11 children present (26 points) with 3 caregivers. Children were observed in circle time - days of week, numbers, etc. dual languages. (3) staff files reviewed, (2) child files reviewed, emergency drills reviewed, emergency preparedness plan reviewed, outdoor area was inspected as well as indoor area. All areas inspected were in compliance. No violations were reported. Inspection paperwork will by typed off site and emailed to the provider.
