Inspector Notes
An in person renewal study was conducted today. There were 8 children present (22 points) with 4 caregivers. Children were observed participating in a variety of activities.
1 medication was reviewed and was in compliance. Emergency evacuation drills, emergency supplies, posted documents, attendance sheet, CO2 monitor, staff and child records were all in compliance. today.
