Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:52 AM and ended at 11:55 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 28. The inspector reviewed 3 (new) children?s records, 3 household member records and 4 caregiver records on-site. This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
