Center must obtain a completed National Fingerprint Check prior to the employee's first day of employment. Staff #2, Staff #3 and Staff #4 received the fingerprint results the one to two weeks after their start date.
Plan of Correction: We will no longer allow employees to train in the building before finger print results are received.
