A subsidy complaint investigation was initiated on February 1, 2023 and concluded on February 16, 2023 in response to a complaint that was received by the department on February 1, 2023. The allegations were regarding administration. On February 16, the inspector was on site from 12:25pm until approximately 1:06pm conducting interviews, completing observations, and reviewing documentation. Collateral interviews were conducted off-site on February 1 and February 15, 2023.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegation of non-compliance with standards or law. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
