Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30pm-3:10pm. There were 74 children in the direct care and supervision of 20 staff. A sample of 5 children?s records, and 5 staff records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on observation, the electrical outlets did not have protective covers that are of a size that cannot be swallowed by children.

Evidence:
There were two unused outlets located on the counter in the "Toddler's" room that were not covered with protective covers.
Plan of Correction: Electrical covers will be added to outlets today.
