Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 5/3/2024, from 1:05 pm - 3:15pm, in response to a complaint that was received in the licensing office on 3/27/2024 regarding alleged noncompliance in the areas of Staffing and Supervision, Programs and Special Care Provisions. Four staff were interviewed. Four staff records were reviewed. Written policies, procedures and family contracts were reviewed as well as Parent communication forms which appeared to be relevant to the complaint. Based on the information gathered, there was not sufficient evidence to support the allegations, so the complaint is found to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this complaint investigation.
