An unannounced inspection was initiated on 7/31/2024 and completed on 8/5/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 6/4/2024 relating to allegations of Programs and Staffing and Supervision. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 4 staff records on-site on 7/31/2024. This inspection included Document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
