Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/08/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 9:45 a.m. and ended at 11:30 a.m. There were 8 staff with 51 children in 5 rooms at the time of the visit. The children were observed playing in centers, coloring stars, doing Montessori work, practicing writing and math skills and other organized activities. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were 0 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
