Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was completed on 6/2/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 7:30 am and ended at 9:05 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 7 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
2There were multiple spots of peeling paint in two classrooms within reach of children in care.
The center did not obtain permission to release child to school bus and return to care from bus, form parent for child A.
