Staff shall complete the department?s health and safety update course annually.
1. Staff #1 did not have documentation of the completed course and was overdue by more than five months.
2. Staff #3 did not have documentation of the completed course for 2024 or 2025.
3. Staff #5 did not have documentation of the completed course which was overdue by more than three years.
4. Staff #6 did not have documentation of the completed course and was overdue by more than three months.
