Inspector Notes

The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety inspection on October 20, 2022 from approximately 10:00am to 12:30pm. There were 48 children in attendance and 10 staff supervising. A total of five children?s files and five staff files were reviewed. A code compliance inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
