Inspector Notes
A code compliance inspection was conducted October 20, 2022. The licensing inspector was onsite from approximately 10:00am until 12:30pm. There were 48 children present, ranging in ages from two to four years, with 10 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, and medication. A total of five children's records and five staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
