An announced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection was conducted on October 14, 2022 at the administrative office to review three staff records from 11:00am to approximately 2:20pm. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. The inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during the supplemental inspection. There were no violations resulting from this inspection.
