Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on July 10, 2023. The inspector arrived at 9AM and departed at approximately 12:30pm. There were 85 children present and 16 staff members. A sample size of 13 records were reviewed which included 8 children?s records and 5 staff records. The Inspector observed staff and children?s interactions throughout the inspection. Children were observed during group activity, free play, story time, and arts and crafts. Handwashing and diapering were observed. First aid kits and emergency preparedness documents were observed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
