This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 6/9/2021 and concluded on 7/12/2021 in response to a self reported incident. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted in conjunction with Loudoun County Child Protective Services.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
