Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 05/11/2021 and concluded on 05/19/2021. The Owner was contacted by email to initiate the inspection. There were seven children with 5 staff which is within ratio for supervision. Three classrooms are currently open. Reviewed two new staff records, trainings and emergency preparation. FaceTime was used to observe children's activities and room set-up. No medication was reported to be on-site the day of the inspection. Food is bought from home. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued
