Inspector Notes
The purpose of today?s visit was to conduct a renewal unannounced compliance visit.
Upon my arrival, I was greeted by the provider. Licensing observed and documented the attendance. There were three children present during today?s visit. The children were observed two children sitting at the table eating lunch (pizza, cucumbers and milk). One child was in a bouncer. The children washed hands after eating and read books as staff engaged with the child in the bouncer. The provider was interactive with all children during the visit.
Limited licensing requirements were monitored
The following items were observed in compliance during today?s visit: proper storage of hazardous materials, use of approved space, physical plant, administration, and programs. A review of one child record and one staff records.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
