Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted January 2, 2024 from 2:50 pm to 3:15 pm. There were 2 children for a total of 6 points directly supervised by 1 staff. The home, 1 child's records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on-site today.
Children were observed playing freely and transitioning to departure. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.
No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
