Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 9:30 am through 10:30 am. There were a total of seven children (23 points) observed with three caregivers. A total of three children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, games, circle time, diapering, and snack,. Evidence:
1. Child #2's (Start date-01/10/22) record did not contain the policy number for the medical insurance, results of health examination, and authorization for emergency care.
Plan of Correction: The provider will get this information from the parents and document the record.
