Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today between the hours of 12:00 pm through 12:45 pm. There were a total of three children ( 10 points) observed with two caregivers. A total of three children's files and four staff/household member's files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: bottle feeding, hand washing, naptime and other organized activities. There were no violations cited this date.
