An unannounced inspection was initiated on 02/26/2026 and completed on 02/27/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 02/18/2026 relating to allegations of smoking and prohibited substances and the care of children. This inspection included observations, interviews, and a walk thru of the program.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
