Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Septemeber 28, 2022 from approximately 10:45 am-12:27pm. There were 21 children present at this time with 6 staff members. Children were observed participating in dancing , singing and freely playing. Some records were reviewed remotley. Four staff records, three children's records and 3 injury report were reviewed during the inspection. Licensing Inspector reviewed indoor areas, supervision, activities, equipment, medication procedures, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency procedures and required posting.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on staff interview and record review, the licensee did not ensure within 30 days of the first day of employment, staff must complete orientation training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), as appropriate to the age of the children in care.

Evidence: Staff #1 confirmed that they did not have a CPR and FA component in there orientaiton.
