Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 12:15pm- 1:51pm. At the time of entrance, 28 children were in care with 8 staff members present. Additional staff were available to assist. The sample size consisted of 3 children?s records and 3 staff records. Children were observed eating lunch, outside side freely playing and bathroom break.

Information gathered during the inspection determined noncompliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation and staff interview, the licensee did not ensure restroom were equipped with toilet paper within reach of children.

Evidence:
In the first bathroom on your right, there was no toilet paper. When there was a bathroom break staff confirmed there was not toilet paper in the bathroom.

Based on observation , the licensee did not ensure the food container shall be sealed and clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.
