Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted July 8, 2024 between the hours of 9:40am - 11:00am. There were 9 children(29 points) directly supervised by 3 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 1 household member record, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing with the caregivers. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
