An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 04/01/2022 from 11:00 am - 2:25 pm. A monitoring inspection was concurrently conducted as this facility is a licensed child day center. There were a total of 48 children, infant - 5 years, in care with 10 staff. Children were observed during circle time, morning center time and nap.
Records were reviewed for three children and four staff.
