Inspector Notes

An unannounced non-mandated focused inspection was conducted on site on March 16, 2022 from 3:30 P.M.-5:00 P.M. There were 24 children present, ranging in ages from five years to ten years of age, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed three children records, evacuation drills, attendance records, training documents, and completed classroom observations.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or laws. No violations were issued.
