Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, and document review.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 09/10/2021 and concluded on 09/13/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 9 children, ages 3 years-4 years, and 4 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
