Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 08/22/2022. There were 28 children, ages 3 years-5 years, 4 staff members providing direct supervision and various support staff present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed in outdoor time, teacher directed activities, free choice activities and hand washing. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: outlet covers. The inspector reviewed a total of 5 children?s records and emergency information for 5 staff. The staff records are kept off-site at the corporate office and will be reviewed at a later date. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:45 am and departed at 11:30 am.
