Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2022 from 10:20am to approximately 11:00am. There were no children in care, but the program director was present during the inspection and assisted the licensing inspector. All areas of the facility where children receive care, including classrooms, hallways, the gym, bathrooms, and playground were inspected. The required postings were reviewed and found to be in compliance. During the inspection, five children?s records and five staff records were reviewed. The center is equipped with toys and supplies and items were available to the children. Additional information was later submitted to the inspector and was reviewed virtually.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations issued.
