Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 9/29/2022 between the hours of 9:25am through 10:20am. There were a total of 8 children present ranging in ages between 2 years and 5 years (15 points) with the Provider. A total of 5 children?s files, the provider's file, and 2 household member?s files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: playing in centers with play food, blocks, and play registers, building train tracks, doing puzzles, and building with tinker toys. Positive interactions between caregiver and children were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the programming space, children and staff records, emergency drills, menu, attendance, and emergency procedures were completed today. No new staff have been hired since the last inspection. The provider advised there was no medication on site today. There was an abundant supply of age appropriate materials and toys.
