Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/31/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 8 children present (20 points), ranging in ages from infants to 3 years of age, with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Infant bottles and diapering area were observed. Children were observed playing outside and eating lunch. A total of 2 child records, 3 staff records and 1 household member's record was reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
