Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 2:00pm-3:00pm. There were 9 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 4 children?s records, and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed napping and being picked up by parents. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on observation, small electrical appliances were not unplugged unless being used by the caregiver or with children under close supervision.

Evidence:
A toaster oven and blender located in the kitchen were plugged in and not in use.
