Inspector Notes

An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted on 3/1/2022 from 11:00am to 12:00pm regarding infant nutrition and parental involvement. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations made in the Infant classroom. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. There was an unrelated violation found during the investigation.

Please complete the columns for "Plan of Correction" and "Date to be Corrected" for each violation cited on the Violation Notice, and then return a signed and dated copy to the licensing office by 5pm on 3/21/2022. Please email me at morgan.bryson@doe.virginia.gov with any questions.
