An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 1:15pm to 2:30pm to investigate a self-reported incident received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding supervision and forbidden actions. Documentation was reviewed and staff interviews were conducted. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation; therefore, no violations were cited related to the self-reported incident.
