An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted beginning 2/2/2023 and concluding on 2/15/2023. The Northern Licensing Office received the complaint on 2/1/2023 regarding forbidden actions. Interviews were conducted, records reviewed, and observations were made in the Fours classroom. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid.
