A complaint investigation was initiated with the center on 12/7/2023. The complaint consisted of allegations received by the Northern Licensing Office regarding care, protection and guidance. Interviews were conducted and documentation was reviewed. The investigation was closed on 12/13/2023. The allegations contained in the complaint were unable to be substantiated
